SIAR Social and Marketing Research Center was established in October 1993 with the head office in Baku. As a result of its successful work on the research market SIAR became a member of ESOMAR Association in 1997 and nowadays it remains to be the only entirely Azeri company to be accepted by this Association. All research activities are conducted in accordance with the Code of Conduct of the ESOMAR as well as in thorough collaboration and consultation with relevant experts. The design and implementation of our projects is managed via regional offices of SIAR which are shown on the map below:
